Duncan moved to the Gallatin Valley in 2005 to attend Montana State University. While attending, he met his wife Lindsey with whom he shares three children together. Duncan has worked in various property development and management roles throughout Southwest Montana. At the Yellowstone Club he was responsible for the management of a $2.5 billion real estate portfolio. Notably, he worked on the two largest projects in Montana’s history for. These projects exceeded $640 million and 1 million square feet of mixed use Real Estate. Duncan's focus in Real Estate has been centered on luxury hospitality, construction and design management, and asset management. In his spare time Duncan enjoys fly fishing, Bobcat football, and spending time with his family.
