DOWNTOWN BOZEMAN HOTEL

CAPITAL RAISE IS LIVE!

Located in the core of downtown along Bozeman Creek, this top-of-market hotel is designed to be the most thoughtful and intentional lifestyle hotel in the region. Operated by an incredible national partner, it will offer locals and tourists an unforgettable experience in an unrivaled location. SIX RANGE

With completion scheduled for 2026, Six Range is a modern housing community on Bozeman’s west side that offers elegant Scandinavian design and architecture of the Mountain West. It offers 192 residential apartments and a commercial building aiming to serve as a hub for the community.

THE BOARDWALK

Located north of The Market at Ferguson Farm, The Boardwalk is an office, medical and retail space built to accommodate the needs of Bozeman’s rapidly expanding west side. It is a model for effective design, excellent management, as well as tenant and investor satisfaction.

THE MARKET

The Market at Ferguson Farm is a hub for shopping and dining on Bozeman’s west side. Walkable and bikeable for residents of this fast-growing area, The Market aims to be a community gathering place and cornerstone of the west side for years to come.

THE PALISADE

The Palisade is a two-suite glass and brick building designed to accommodate local health and wellness businesses. The project received an American Institute of Architects (AIA) Design Award for its simplicity in design and aesthetic appeal.

CATTAIL APARTMENTS

This 64-unit apartment complex was built in partnership with Chase-Skogen Construction of Bozeman to provide affordable housing options for the burgeoning population in northwest Bozeman.
