Catalyst Condominiums

Catalyst Condominiums is a 16-unit luxury condominium complex in northwest Bozeman built as upper middle income rental units.

upscale accommodations

At the time this project was conceptualized, there was an increasing demand for nicer rentals in the area; this project filled that need.

The Catalyst Condominiums were designed with busy individuals and families in mind, offering upscale accommodations with no maintenance or upkeep concerns.

Each condominium has 1,700 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms. Design details were considered to provide residents with added comfort. A corridor was included between each unit to eliminate noise transfer, meaning no living spaces have shared walls. Double spaced drywall was used in construction. Hardwood floors were installed in living areas to keep dirt and wear and tear to a minimum. High-end appliances and Caesar stone countertops can be found in the open-design kitchens. All units have fireplaces, hallway paths, outdoor patios and insulated, finished garages.

These design features have led to satisfied tenants, resulting in low turnover rates and an overall vacancy rate of about 1%.
